There is nothing on our side to delete
Trait Deck has no account system and no server that stores anything about you. Your answers, your axis scores, your archetype card, your result history and any comparison you ran exist only in the app's own storage on your phone. We never receive them and cannot read them.
That means a data-deletion request to us has nothing to act on — but you can remove everything yourself, immediately, in two ways.
Option 1 — delete inside the app
- Open Trait Deck.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right.
- Tap Delete everything on this device and confirm.
This removes your result, your history, your saved comparisons, your progress in an unfinished test and your preferences. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — uninstall
Uninstalling Trait Deck removes the app and all of its local storage with it. On most Android versions you can also use Settings → Apps → Trait Deck → Storage → Clear storage to wipe the data while keeping the app installed.
Cards you already shared
A card you exported and posted somewhere is a picture you created and shared; it is outside the app and outside our reach. Remove it wherever you posted it.
Your subscription
A Trait Deck Pro subscription is a record held by Google, not by us. Deleting app data does not cancel it. Cancel in the Play Store: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Trait Deck → Cancel.
To have Google delete purchase records associated with your Google account, use Google's own account controls.
